The backend systems for the ICON Direct Order tool will be undergoing an update. During this time, some or all parts of the OrderTool may be temporarily unavailable or experience brief interruptions. Status updates here.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

Top Hat has scheduled maintenance on the first Sunday of every month, from 4:00 AM CT to 7:00 AM CT.

During the maintenance window, Top Hat will be unavailable and visitors to app.tophat.com will see a maintenance page.

Effective April 17, the university will implement Duo Verified Push for the entire campus, including health care. This enhanced security measure will require users to enter a three-digit code presented on the screen into the Duo Mobile App when a service requires two-factor authentication. More information can be found on the ITS website.

Linux software mirrors will be down for maintenance during this period.

SiteNow websites and UI Digital Signage will be upgraded to pull events from the new University of Iowa Events platform. During the upgrade deployment, events displays may be unable to fetch events. Please refrain from re-saving events displays during this time as it might affect the stored filters.

Gradescope has a scheduled maintenance. During this time exporting submissions, access to Code Similarity Reports, and integration with LTI 1.3 will not be available. Additional information can be found on the Gradescope status page.

Turnitin will take a scheduled emergency maintenance.  The following services will be impacted and unavailable through ICON or their dedicated websites during this time:

The Jamf service will be upgraded to version 11.15. There should be no interruption of services to users.
