[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Data Center Operations & Services
Enterprise Infrastructure will be performing emergency patching for a critical vulnerability on all F5 devices in both ITF and LC data centers. There should be no downtime for customer applications, but end users may notice a session interruption as we failover between primary and failover devices.

The TurnItIn and Gradescope services are down. Support staff are working with TurnItIn and Gradesecope Support to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This notice will be updated once we have more information.

[Closed] Service Degradation - Multiple Services
Network routing between multiple ITS Research Services including HPC, IDAS, LSS and Globus, is partially degraded after infrastructure Day this past Saturday 10/11. Some services such as SMB mounting may be work on some nodes but interconnectivity between all of the systems may not be fully functioning. ITS RS and ITS EI engineers are working on the issues and have opened support calls with Cisco. Some other distributed IT groups, with gear in ITF or LC data centers, may also be experiencing issues.

Several Argon users are not able to start new Argon sessions. ITS Research Services is investigating.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Interactive Data Analytics Service (IDAS)
Users are not able to start new IDAS sessions. ITS Research Services is investigating.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Large Scale Storage (LSS)
Several servers are unavailable. ITS Research Services is investigating.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - JAMF Pro Apple Device Management
The Jamf service will be upgraded to version 11.21. There should be no interruption of services to clients.
[Closed] Service Degradation - UICapture
There is an ongoing partial site outage for UICapture (uicapture.hosted.panopto.com). This outage can affect your ability to access UICapture and to edit or manage videos. It can also affect UICapture videos shared to other resources like ICON.
Panopto Cloud engineers are investigating the issue and we will update as we learn more.
