- Most faculty and staff will have access to Power BI Pro at no cost to the departments in the O365 portal.
- If departments have students that need access for departmental work, you will need to purchase licenses. Please use the Software Order Form.

The University of Iowa has renewed our Microsoft agreement and there has been a change that will affect the Power BI licenses.
Most faculty and staff will have access to Power BI Pro at no cost to the departments in the O365 portal.
- Sign-in to O365
- Click the Power BI app tile
- The Power BI Pro app/tile should show up for most faculty and staff on Office 365.
- Click the download arrow located in the page banner/header and select “Power BI Desktop”
