This asynchronous workshop examines evidence-based approaches to traditional assessment practices and non-traditional alternatives, including cumulative grading, aggregate grading, and ungrading. Participants will learn about the strengths of the various approaches and discuss how each might apply to their teaching context.

Led by Timothy Sommers, Department of Philosophy, OTLT Center for Teaching graduate teaching fellow.
