Participants will learn about the value of community building for student learning and engagement and explore how it can facilitate peer-to-peer learning. Participants will leave with at least one community building strategy that they plan to implement in their own class.

Led by Lauren Irwin, Higher Education and Student Affairs program, OTLT Center for Teaching Graduate Teaching Fellow.
