This issue has been resolved. Research Services continues to monitor the situation.

ITS Research Services has resolved issues for the initial list of systems. We are continuing to troubleshoot issues on:

ITS Research Services is looking into authentication issues on the following LSS systems. Users may be seeing slowness or receiving an "access denied" error/hanging connection windows.
