We are continuing to engage with our vendors for a long term solution on this problem. In the meantime, we've identified potentially broken video embeds in ICON, and we will be sending messaging to specific individuals with next steps as soon as we've verified our proposed solution is the best fit.
ITS is aware of an issue where some users are unable to view some older content embedded from UICapture in ICON Pages, Discussions, Modules, etc.
The immediate fix for this problem is to embed the content again using the current version of the integration between ICON and UICapture. We've posted a new FAQ with some quick steps that content owners can take to update their content.
ITS will also continue to engage both vendors to provide a long-term solution for the underlying problem with the old integration.
