ITS is investigating an issue where the Citrix Workspace application is not passing through Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials on certain campus computers. As a result, users may need to manually log-in to Workspace using their HawkID and password.
If an error message is still showing up, please try this temporary workaround:
- Click the Settings icon in the top-left corner of Citrix Workspace.
- Select Accounts…
- Click Add.
- Enter your university email address and select Continue.
- When prompted with “Do you want to use the information provided by virtualdesktop.uiowa.edu to configure your account?” select Continue.
- Choose Virtual Desktop.
- Sign in using your HawkID and password.
