ITS will be performing maintenance in the Data Center (see alert: https://its.uiowa.edu/alert/11566) that will affect all Oracle production databases. During this window, network access to the databases will be disrupted, with each database experiencing an expected outage of approximately 5–10 minutes.

Any job running against a database at the time of the outage will likely fail and need to be rerun. To avoid interruptions, it is recommended to reschedule any special or time‑sensitive jobs outside of the 6:00–8:00 a.m. maintenance window.
