This issue has been resolved.
ITS Research Services believe that they have identified and resolved the issues with Argon homes. There may still be some general slowness as the system needed to be rebooted to resolve the issues. ITS Research Services is continuing to monitor the situation.
ITS Research Services is aware that some user are having issues with their Argon Home. This is resulting in them being unable to connect to the cluster, unable to mount their home directory, or general slowness. ITS Research Services is actively investigating these issues.
