ITS Research Services has restored access to lc-rs-storage20.hpc.uiowa.edu. The system may be some lingering performance issues, mostly slowness, as it recovers from the disk failure and reboot. ITS Research Services will continue to monitor the health of the system.

ITS Research Services has identified the issue as a faulty disk and is working on replacing the faulty hardware. A reboot of the system will likely be needed prior to access being fully restored.
