Access to Argon homes has been restored for all users. We continue to work with the vendor to validate the issue is fully resolved.
Issues with the login nodes have been resolved. ITS Research Services continues to work with the vendor to resolve the issues with the new Argon Home server. Users on the new Argon Homes will continue to be unable to access their homes at this time.
Research Services is continuing to troubleshoot the issue with the new Argon Homes with the vendor. We are currently experiencing issues with the login nodes, resulting in more users being unable to sign in. We are working to address this secondary issue.
ITS Research Services is troubleshooting reported failed logins for users who were migrated to the new Argon Homes server. We are working with the vendor to resolve these issues.
