Update

Working with our wireless vendor, we were able to identify a couple issues that might have been the cause of the problems. One we were able to correct right away. The other, our Vendor needs to check internally to verify if what was found is a real issue. They plan to have an answer tomorrow.

Our vendor has scheduled a meeting with NES Engineers for this afternoon. NES will provide an update after the meeting.

The issue has been reported to vendor's Engineering team for further investigation.
The Engineering team is actively working on this with high priority. Updates will be posted as we receive them.

Unfortunately, another issue has cropped up that needs resolved before students return to the dorms, so I'm asking our Vendor to focus on resolving that issue first.

The vendor believes the issue is the result of process instability and has escalated the issue internally. NES is waiting to be contacted by the escalation team.

Our wireless vendor has requested more time to exam the data provided. They plan to have an answer by tomorrow after noon.

Our wireless vendor has been engaged and NES engineers have provided requested data for troubleshooting.

NES  has opened a support case with our wireless vendor and is awaiting response.

Wireless display discovery (airplay, googlecast, and miracast ) is currently having issues.

NES engineers are investigating the issue.
