Maintenance has been completed. IDAS is now available for normal use.

Information Technology Services (ITS) will perform data center network maintenance that will impact the IDAS service. This maintenance is being performed proactively to maintain the security and integrity of ITS services.

What to expect during maintenance:

  • Users will be unable to log in to IDAS during maintenance. 
  • Existing sessions will be disconnected at the start of maintenance.
  • Several LSS servers will also be affected. Running jobs may lose connectivity to these shares. Please refer to the LSS maintenance alert https://its.uiowa.edu/alert/13691 for a list of affected shares.
Preparation:
  • Please save your work before the maintenance window.
  • Please avoid scheduling critical work during maintenance.
