This issue has been resolved.
The "new chat" button in Copilot Enterprise, ( https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat ) is greyed out in multiple browsers. Users are unable to click on the button to start a new conversation. A workaround is to reload the browser page. It will initiate a new conversation, while retaining the previous chat in the chat history panel. Microsoft is investigating. We will update this notice as information is available.
