Departments:

• In charge of content management of the sign
• In charge of purchasing all hardware needed to run a digital sign (TV, Intel stick, etc.)
• In charge of purchasing services provided through Networking if needed
• Will be responsible for plugging in the Intel stick and any hardware issues that arise with equipment

Digital Signage Support Team (ui-signage@uiowa.edu): 

• Will help with getting signs configured into the system
• Will help coordinate other services possible needed through Business services
• Will work with the Enterprise Client Management team to get your Intel stick configured and managed
• Will provide support and training for Drupal Digital Signage

Enterprise Client Management

• Will configure and manage updates for the Intel sticks
