Service catalog

 

Your primary appointment (UI Health Care employee, faculty/staff, or student) will determine what tabs are shown to you on this page. Our service catalog is a list of resources and offerings that are available to you. The first level you see is the overarching group to help categorize services underneath. The Full Service Catalog will display all the services offered in a list that you can scroll through to find what you need.

Category and subcategory

 

Once you choose your category, you will then see a list of services and what of those services you can request. Clicking on a request will open a ticket for you to fill out.

How to search

 

 

There are two areas where you can search for services you need or issues you are having. There is a quick search in the upper right-hand corner on every page of the portal. There is also a search box on the main home page of the portal under “How can we help?”  Once you find the request you are looking for, clicking on the item will bring you to a service page where you can view information about the services as well as submit your ticket for your request.
