Outside of SPAM and persistent sales calls, the University of Iowa Threat Assessment Program will work with ITS to consider blocking harassing phone calls that are accompanied with other potential physical safety related concerns. For these types of harassing phone calls, please contact the Threat Assessment Team at 319-384-2955 or uitat@uiowa.edu to determine its appropriateness.
