Note Depot is a centralized platform in ICON designed to simplify access to two key note-taking resources for students and instructors: LectureAI and the Note Taking Exchange. Developed by AIS Enterprise Student Systems, Note Depot supports learning through two distinct class notes solutions:

• LectureAI: Leverages artificial intelligence to generate notes from recorded Panopto (UICapture) lectures. Please allow up to 24 hours to process new materials.
• Note Taking Exchange: Facilitates note sharing by allowing designated individuals to contribute notes. Notetakers must be approved and designated by the instructor before their notes can be shared through the exchange.

Note Depot provides instructors with the ability to review notes before they are published, control when notes become available, and release notes only to students with the Class Notes accommodation or to the entire class.
