The Qualtrics service uses @qemailserver.com as the FROM domain for messages sent using their Email Distribution feature. To improve email deliverability, ITS configured a custom FROM address of survey-bounce@survey.uiowa.edu for all existing UI Qualtrics users. By default, this address will be used when emailing directly from UI Qualtrics.

If you are unable to see the @survey.uiowa.edu FROM address when distributing your survey within Qualtrics, please do the following: 

  1. Contact the ITS Help Desk, and
  2. Ask them to have the survey.uiowa.edu email alias applied to your Office 365 mailbox.
