Room schedulers are physical devices that display scheduled events and, in some cases, allow for on-site booking. Usually installed outside classrooms or meeting rooms, room schedulers use indicator lights to show space availability, and the screen displays how long the space is scheduled to be in use.

This service is available to anyone who uses classrooms or meeting rooms. Room scheduler installation is intended for staff or IT professionals who manage a schedulable classroom or meeting room and would like to add a device.
