The default and maximum quota for all SharePoint Online sites is 1TB. Please note that this quota cannot be increased.

The maximum file upload size for SharePoint Online is 250GB.  This limit applies to individual files or multiple files uploaded at the same time.

This is a system-wide setting and cannot be adjusted on sites.
