Directory Listings (online white pages)

DO THIS FIRST - Remove your information from the University Directory.

Access to Your UI Services (MyUI, ICON, Microsoft 365 email)

ID Card Concerns (charging privileges)

Notify the UI Service Center in 2700 University Capitol Centre, 335-2716, or email lostid@uiowa.edu. If you suspect theft and/or unauthorized usage of your UI Student ID Card, you should also contact UI Police (335-5022).

Prox Cards (Access to locked and secured facilities)

Report as Lost/Stolen - Emergency Service, contact 335-5071 (24 hrs/day, 7 days/week)

Email

Change your email address - Call the ITS Help Desk at 384-4357.

Note: Keep any messages sent/posted by a harasser. Do not delete the email, leave it in your account and print a hard copy for your records. You can create a "filter" to have email messages sent to a folder. Contact the ITS Help Desk about ways to filter messages.
