  • Upgraded the Cisco ASA firewall software 
    • Which data center – ITF
    • Expected impact on services – Non-disruptive, subject to testing
       
  • Upgraded code on all End of Row switches in both Datacenters
    • Which data center: ITF, LC
    • Expected impact on services: This will impact services
       
  • Upgraded the F5 Global Traffic manager
    • Which data center: ITF, LC
    • Expected impact on services: Should be no impact on services
