If you would like to provide access to your report with others (e.g., teams or departments are collaborating on a survey or research), you may provide access to other individuals within (or even outside) The University of Iowa using the Publish Report feature.

Please note: You can also share your reports by sharing your project to a colleague’s account. Having a shared project allows you to share that project’s Results module directly with your colleagues. You and your colleagues can view, edit, and create reports.  To learn more about this, please see the Sharing a Project support page.
