Nature of the work – Upgrade the F5 GTM/DNS systems system software to stay current with releases, improve reliability, address security issues, and provide new features.

Work process - The F5 GTM/DNS systems provide the same DNS information. The ITF F5 GTM/DNS system will be upgraded first followed by the LC F5 GTM/DNS system. No service impact is expected.
