The GitLab repositories and database are dumped nightly at 1:00am CST using the internal tools. These backups are intended for Disaster Recovery purposes only. At this point, GitLab does not have the ability to restore a single project. There is an open issue about this, and at some point it might be possible, but we can't restore a project for you.
