If you are trying to authenticate to Qualtrics at https://uiowa.qualtrics.com with your Hawk ID, and receive the following error message (see illustration below):

You are not currently considered an active student, faculty, or staff member of the University, and are no longer covered under our license agreement.  For the reason, you will not be able to access Qualtrics.

If you currently have a temp appointment with the UI (such as a student employee) or are a UI affiliate, please contact your HR rep to inquire about a "complimentary appointment", which will allow you access to Qualtrics.
