We're receiving reports that some users are receiving reference errors when logging into the Office 365 service at We have found that multiple attempts to login are usually successful on the second or third try. Suggested workarounds include clearing browser cache and cookies or trying another browser. There are several support teams working on this isolated issue.

If you are unable to login please send the reference error codes, the browsers used and the number of attempts made to the ITS Help Desk.
