HCIS staff will be performing planned maintenance on the four analog gateways located in the Chemistry Building, which will impact the buildings listed below. Each gateway will be migrated individually, with an expected downtime of approximately 15 minutes per gateway. These cutovers will occur sequentially between Wednesday November 12th at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, resulting in temporary dial tone interruptions during this window.
What to Expect: During the migration, dial tone service will be temporarily unavailable for the following systems:
- Elevator phones
- Fire alarm panels
- Area of Refuge communication systems
- Classroom phones
