OneIT Unified Communication Services provides telephone service throughout the University of Iowa's main and Oakdale campuses. We also integrate with the Public Switched Telephone Network to make services available to off-campus locations. 

The majority of users and department utilize Skype for Business for their primary telephone service; see the Skype for Business service page for more detail. Areas such as conference rooms, classrooms and hallways utilize traditional analog phone devices; more details on this service are provided in this support site for your convenience.
