HCIS staff will be performing planned maintenance to migrate analog gateways to the new voice network, which will impact the buildings in the linked spreadsheet. Each gateway will be migrated individually, with an expected downtime of approximately 10 minutes per gateway. These cutovers will occur sequentially on Monday November 24th between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, resulting in temporary dial tone interruptions during this window.
 
What to Expect: During the migration, dial tone service will be temporarily unavailable for the following systems:
Elevator phones
Fire alarm panels
Area of Refuge communication systems
Classroom phones
