UPDATE:  Multiple university services are experiencing intermittent access issues.  Web authentication through login.uiowa.edu and idp.uiowa.edu, ICON, wiki and other services are affected.  ITS staff are aware of the issue and are actively working on a resolution.  We will keep this page updated as more information is given to us.
