There is a Canvas/ICON issue that may require re-authorization of connections between Canvas/ICON and publisher courseware for Cengage, McGraw Hill, and Macmillan.
Instructors should take the following steps to reconnect their materials to their Canvas/ICON course sites and resync their gradebooks.
Cengage's MindTap:
Instructors may receive a prompt asking them to authorize Cengage. This is will allow Cengage to resume syncing data with their course.
McGraw Hill's Connect and SIMnet:
Launch the McGraw Hill tool in Canvas/ICON from the affected course.
Re-authorize the integration when prompted.
Run a grade sync and/or retry the assignment deployment.
Grades might take up to 45 minutes to sync.
Macmillan's Achieve:
Instructors should resync their grade sync tokens by following these directions.
