ITS staff have resolved the issues preventing Poly CCX VoIP phones from signing into Microsoft Teams. For those still experiencing issues, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
Unified Communications has been made aware of issues with Teams telephony log-ins and Poly VoIP phones. The team is investigating the situation.
Those not using physical desktop phones or USB driven phones will not see any change in service.
