Some users are unable to submit SPOT course evaluation surveys. When attempting to submit, the system shows the submission was successful, but upon refresh the page states that no course evaluations were submitted. ITS is investigating the issue.

Users are encouraged to try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Clear browser cache and cookies and try again.
2. Log out of SPOT, then go to https://spot.provost.uiowa.edu and try again.
