Unified Communications has been made aware of issues with Teams telephony log-ins and Poly VoIP phones. The team is investigating the situation.

Those not using physical desktop phones or USB driven phones will not see any change in service.

There will be a scheduled firmware upgrade on the campus data switches in Adler Journalism and Mass Communication (AJB) and the College of Public Health Building (CPHB).

During the maintenance window, network services may experience a brief interruption while the switches reboot. Expected downtime is approximately 10–20 minutes.

Please plan accordingly and complete any critical tasks prior to the maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
