[Closed] Outage - Campus Safety Phone Service
Due to a phone service interruption, Campus Safety is unable to receive phone calls including its non-emergency line, 319-335-5022.
Please continue to use 911 for all emergency calls. All non-emergency calls should temporarily be directed to 319-335-1990
This interruption is currently impacting elevator phones, area of rescue phones, and other lines that ring into Campus Safety. 911 is not impacted. University Skype for Business and Teams telephony phone systems are not impacted by this outage.
An update will be provided when service has been restored.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services, Buildings
Network Engineering Services will be upgrading the campus wired infrastructure. During this upgrade wired and wireless connectivity will be down.

The Cengage platforms may be unavailable during this maintenance window. Status updates here.

During the maintenance window, Top Hat may be unavailable and visitors will see a maintenance page. Any educator who has made an assignment due during or shortly after the maintenance window should consider changing the due date/time so that students have adequate time to complete them.
[Closed] Service Announcement - ICON
Starting July 1, the ICON archive process will begin archiving older, unused ICON course sites. Courses that are archived do not need to be remediated for accessibility. For information on how to tell when a course is archived and how to access an archived site, visit the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology website.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Campus Data Network Connectivity, Art Building West
The networking team will be consolidating ports in Art Building West as part of the Port Reclaim pilot. The impact will be minimal, but there could be brief outages while the work is taking place.

Linux software mirrors will be down for maintenance during this period.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - JAMF Pro Apple Device Management
The Jamf service will be upgraded to version 11.29. There should be no interruption of services to users.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.
