IDAS will be unavailable due to maintenance.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services, Carver Biomedical Research Building
Network Engineering Services will be replacing network equipment in the building. This maintenance will affect both wired and wireless connectivity in a limited portion of the building. The impacted floors include: LL, L, B, 1, and 2.
During the replacement, network data access on these floors will be temporarily unavailable.

ICON Direct will undergo an upgrade on August 14. As a result, instructors are advised to wait until after this date to connect their ICON courses with the following online homework platforms:

- McGraw Hill: Connect, Go, Campus, and SIMnet
- Pearson: MyLab and Mastering
- Wiley: WileyPlus
- WW Norton: InQuizitive, Student Site, Smartwork

[Closed] Service Degradation - Large Scale Storage (LSS)
ITS Research Services has restored access to all LSS systems, however, automation work still remains to complete the implementation of the new authentication configurations. Until this work is done, we will not be able to create new LSS shares or make changes to share quotas. Once this work is done we will start processing requests.
