The Cable TV service will be discontinued on June 30th this year. After 35 years of delivering cable TV service to our community, rising costs and the increase of alternative content delivery have decreased utilization and cost effectiveness of delivering Cable TV services. The upcoming expiration of the university's cable contract has made it clear that the best path forward is to retire this long-standing central service.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Microsoft 365
OneDrive and SharePoint through https://office365.uiowa.edu/ are unavailable. Users are receiving a redirect error, Microsoft has been notified.
In the meantime, users can go to "https://iowa-my.sharepoint.com/" to access their OneDrive online. They can also go to "https://iowa.sharepoint.com/" to access their SharePoint online.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - ITF NetApp E-Series - Low Cost Block Storage
The ITF Data Center team will be migrating the NetApp E-series port connections off the legacy switches. The E-series is fully redundant, and this work is expected to be non-disruptive to our customers.

The middleware application serving production authentication, domain redirection and other pieces of functionality for SiteNow (v1/2/3), Digital Signage and UIHC Drupal websites will undergo a server transition in which there could be a temporary disruption of functionality during the designated maintenance window.
