The central FileMaker servers will be unavailable due to a scheduled upgrade to version 22. Users will be unable to connect to FileMaker applications during this upgrade.

Due to new minimum client requirements associated with this upgrade, ITS is requiring all end users to upgrade their client to version 21 or later before December 21st, 2025. End users who do not have at least version 21.0.1 will be unable to connect to FileMaker Server 22.

HCIS staff will be performing planned analog gateway maintenance, which will impact the listed buildings. The expected downtime is approximately 15 minutes, resulting in temporary dial tone interruptions during this window.

What to Expect: During the migration, dial tone service will be temporarily unavailable for the following systems:

• Elevator phones
• Fire alarm panels
• Area of Refuge communication systems
• Classroom phones

ITS will be updating IBM SPSS license on the following server for 2026:

 No downtime will incur during this window, but users may need to clear their cache following the maintenance. Status updates are available here.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance from 11pm - 7am on the dates affected. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.
