[Closed] Service Degradation - Multiple Services, Main Library
Network Services is aware of connectivity issues with the campus wireless service in the Main Library. ITS is actively working to resolve it.
UI-DeviceNet, Eduroam, and UI-Guest are affected.

Users may experience an issue reaching https://icon.uiowa.edu from campus wireless this morning. The Networking Team is investigating the issue.

[Closed] Planned Maintenance - SiteNow
SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services
Managed Windows Servers will be undergoing monthly patching during their normally scheduled maintenance window.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - GitLab Administrative
The Administrative GitLab service at git.uiowa.edu will be offline for approximately two hours to upgrade the operating system. Please plan your work accordingly and consider the implications for any scheduled CI/CD pipelines or other automated processes you may have which run during that time.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - AIS Files service
The AIS Files service at https://apps.its.uiowa.edu/files will be offline for approximately 30 minutes for a storage migration. Files/attachments in MAUI, My-UI, HR Self-Service, Workflow and others will be unavailable.
[Closed] Service Degradation - ACE Online Course Evaluations - SPOT
Some users are unable to submit SPOT course evaluation surveys. When attempting to submit, the system shows the submission was successful, but upon refresh the page states that no course evaluations were submitted. ITS is investigating the issue.
Users are encouraged to try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear browser cache and cookies and try again.
- Log out of SPOT, then go to https://spot.provost.uiowa.edu and try again.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - eduroam
ITS will be migrating the Domain Name Service (DNS) for eduroam to a new server platform.
No disruption to the eduroam wireless service is expected.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Microsoft 365
Some users may be unable to access apps in Microsoft 365 for the web. As a workaround, users may be able to access their Microsoft 365 desktop applications and documents via the desktop applications. Microsoft has implemented a change and expects functionality to return within the next couple hours.
