McGraw Hill will be performing scheduled maintenance to enhance system performance and reliability. During this maintenance, there will be a brief 5-minute interruption due to DNS changes. Skype for Business response groups and Clarity Connect call queues are currently unable to route calls. IT support staff are investigating.

There is an ongoing network congestion in ITF that is impacting multiple services (MAUI, Peoplesoft, etc). ITS Staff are troubleshooting the issue.
[Closed] Service Degradation - ICON Direct - McGraw Hill's Courseware
Users of McGraw Hill's courseware are experiencing issues with the Assignment and Assessment system. Users are unable to deploy new assignments and the deploy icon is not available for existing assignments. McGraw Hill is investigating the situation. Status updates can be found here.

SiteNow v2 and v3 hosting applications will undergo an update related to PHP. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.
