[Closed] Service Degradation - Multiple Services
The Global Protect VPN client for macOS is reporting a “A valid client cert is required for authentication.” error. This issue looks to be confined macOS devices imaged offsite starting Saturday, Sep 14. The current workaround is to install and use the Cisco VPN client from Self Service: Core Software on effected macOS devices. ITS is working to resolve the issue.

The Jamf service will be upgraded to version 11.9.1. There should be no interruption of services to our clients.
