Nature of the work – The F5 chassis, LTMs, and GTMs will be updated to the current release of software at both ITF and LC datacenters.
Expected impact on services: Due to an ongoing degradation of service with the F5 GTMs and the campus DNS service, the required reboots for the GTM in LC will cause two brief 5–10-minute outages for services that are fronted by the GTMs. Some of the high impact services include:
ADFS (primarily impacting Microsoft 365 logins)

Top Hat has scheduled maintenance on the first Sunday of every month, from 4:00 AM CT to 7:00 AM CT.
During the maintenance window, Top Hat will be unavailable and visitors to app.tophat.com will see a maintenance page.

The eduroam wireless service is experiencing issues in some buildings across campus. ITS is investigating the issue.

UI Health Care staff will perform maintenance to install system upgrades on the Session Border Controllers (SBCs). This maintenance is expected to take up to 2 hours, and there should be no disruption to telephony services during this period.

UI Health Care staff will be conducting emergency maintenance on the Session Border Controllers (SBCs). This maintenance is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes and will impact telephony services, including calling capabilities.
During this period, users will experience disruptions in telephony services. Elevator phones and area of rescue assistance phones will be impacted by this maintenance. Please use a cellular device to call 911 in the case of an emergency in these areas if service is impacted.
