Beginning February 12 at noon, the Cisco AnyConnect VPN service will be updating the authentication method to no longer require the second password, instead opting for a more familiar use of the normal HawkID authentication process.

RedShelf will be performing scheduled maintenance on two services, their website and eReader. During this maintenance window, users may experience brief interruptions when accessing the eReader. Status updates here.

Nature of the work – The F5 chassis, LTMs, and GTMs will be updated to the current release of software at both ITF and LC datacenters.

Expected impact on services: Due to an ongoing degradation of service with the F5 GTMs and the campus DNS service, the required reboots for the GTM in LC will cause two brief 5–10-minute outages for services that are fronted by the GTMs. Some of the high impact services include:
