Filemaker Annual User License (expires 6/2026)

  • Individual, named user license option.
  • Department must purchase a User License for each unique individual in its company or organization who will have any access to the Software.
  • Department may reassign a User License to a new individual in its company or organization only if the current User will no longer need any access to the Software.
  • Software will cease working if you do not renew in 2026.

Filemaker Annual Concurrent User License (expires 6/2026)

  • Concurrent user license (replacing the shared system model).
  • Department must purchase the number of concurrent connections licenses that represents the maximum number of individual connections that will concurrently access FileMaker Server at any given time.
  • Software will cease working if you do not renew in 2026.
  • The concurrent user license will require that the user use the ITS FileMaker Server and Service at no additional costs.
