The vendor has given us the all clear. Landis users should be able to utilize the application via their local Teams application again. Users may have to fully close the Teams program and open it back up in order to re-obtain the Landis application from the Apps tab
We have received reports that the local Landis Contact Center application is currently unavailable within Microsoft Teams for some users. The vendor has confirmed the issue and is actively working on a resolution.
As a temporary workaround, users may access the Landis web client here: https://cc.landis.cloud.
This issue does not impact all Teams telephony users—only those using the Landis Contact Center in Teams.
