Campus telephone and voice services are currently unable to receive calls from external telephone numbers. Outbound calls, 911, and University of Iowa Health Care are not impacted. The Carver College of Medicine is impacted. Information Technology Services has escalated the issue to the telephone service carrier, Lumen. Status updates will continue to be shared via this alert page and ITS will notify campus when the issue is resolved.
Outbound calls from campus to external numbers are now working. Inbound calls from external numbers to campus are still not working. ITS continues to investigate the issue and will share updates as they become available.
