Gradescope is a feedback and assessment tool that reduces the pain and time associated with grading exams, homework, and other assignments. It is widely used for delivering assessments in any format (online, in-person, hybrid) and enables instructors and graders to provide better and more timely feedback, resulting in improved learning outcomes.

TurnItIn has a scheduled maintenance window that will affect some Gradescope features. Users may experience interruptions when loading assignments and making submissions to assignments, as well as when submitting files for Gradescope’s Code Similarity Reports. Gradescope is experiencing slow page loading. There may also be slowness in auto-grading submissions, answer grouping, posting grades, and syncing rosters. ITS staff are working with the vendor on resolving this issue. More information can be found on the Gradescope status page.
Gradescope will be down for scheduled maintenance. This maintenance will take place during the TurnItIn maintenance window on the same day. Affected Gradescope components include gradescope.com, the LTI integration with Canvas, Code Autograder, and single sign-on.
