The issue has been resolved.
The Follett Discover link in ICON used by instructors to order textbooks and instructional materials through the Follett Hawkshop is temporarily unavailable. ITS is working to restore the link. Currently, the best method to order Follett Hawkshop materials is to email Tim Pichler at 2253txt@follett.com.
This outage only affects the Follett Discover link in ICON. If you order your materials through ICON Direct, the ICON Direct Order Tool is still available.
